I am really disappointed with the service. We booked an AC bus to travel comfortably during the summer, but the air conditioning was extremely poor, and the bus felt really hot inside. It was very uncomfortable throughout the journey. What is the point of booking an AC bus if the AC doesn't work properly? Passengers pay extra for comfort, especially during hot weather, but the service failed to meet even basic expectations. Please maintain the AC system properly and take passengers' comfort seriously. Highly disappointing experience. I would not recommend this service unless the AC problem is fixed.
